Decorations for Garden Shower Party

When your event is taking place in the midst of a beautiful garden or outdoor setting, most of your party decorations are taken care of. The beauty of flowers, the blue sky and greenery speak for themselves. Your party decorations can focus on lovely food presentations and table decorations for this garden bridal shower.

You may choose to have your party decorations highlight one flower and color such as yellow daisies. Layer the tables with white and yellow cloths. Adorn tables with small bouquets placed in our bouquet holder. Centerpieces of a lovely glass vases or silver bud vase filled with bursting blooms add just the right touch. Or a daisy floating candle centerpiece in a glass vases would be lovely on the serving table or as a centerpiece. One tip about using these floating candles, would be to fill the glass container with just enough water to keep the candle wick under the rim so that the wind will not blow it out.

Accent the garden or yard with Japanese lanterns strung around the trees. Tie wired ribbons around tree trunks and place tiki torches around perimeter of the yard. If your garden bridal shower is scheduled for dusk or later in the evening, string our little white lights with netting and gossamer throughout the garden for an elegant feel. If your garden event is being held indoors, bring the plants inside. Filling in your room with potted plants, artificial plants and cut flowers will create outdoor feel for your indoor garden wedding shower. Weave garlands of ivy on stair wells and chandeliers and sprinkle loose flower petals on the tables.

Green serving plates with white tablecloths make a wonderful backdrop to serve fresh fruit and vegetables. Flower arrangements sprinkled through out help carry the outdoor theme to your serving table. And of course, personalized napkins always add a special touch to your party decorations.
